UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3330.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open multiple tabs
2. Click and hold on tab and drag out of window
3. Tab disappears and closes, not recoverable

What is the expected behavior?
Tab would create a new window, or if dragged onto another Chrome window or back onto the original window, it would join that group.

What went wrong?
The tab glitches out and moves very quickly, and then disappears

Did this work before? Yes Same Chrome version on Mac OS 10.13.2
