Issue descriptionI've seen this test fail several times during my sheriff rotation. I'll take a look when I can find some time to dedicate to this (and other failing/flaky telemetry tests). Unfortunately, that's unlikely in the near term. FWIW, I added this test recently since we had no coverage at all so we're basically at status quo :(
