Issue descriptionUser can tap on the omnibox to switch to the input mode. In this mode, they can type a URL into the omnibox. They can hit RETURN to navigate. Have the omnibox textfield appear on tap and be editable Have the return button on the keyboard stop the editing mode and start navigating.
