Closing when clicking 2 times

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.On maximized window mode, click 2 times in the top left corner of the window
2. The browser just shuts down

What is the expected behavior?
It should exit from the browser

What went wrong?
I don't really know, when you click on the top left corner of the window, the browser shuts down istantly.

Did this work before? N/A

pctutorial110@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue Windows 10 the latest Canary 66.0.3347.0 and Stable 64.0.3282.168 and able to reproduce the issue by following the steps mentioned in the original comment.
Issue is not applicable on Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.6.

On clicking on the top left corner of the windows 2 times, the browser is shutting down.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M60 Chrome builds. 
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.
