Certain browser zoom levels (90%, 110%, etc) breaks the CSS styles

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open attached index.html file in Chrome browser 2. Zoom the page to 80%, 90% or 110% 3. The list item "Collaboration" jumps to right What is the expected behavior? All the items should align correctly What went wrong? The "Collaboration" item shouldn't jump to right when changing the zoom level Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Confirmed that this is working in Firefox, Safari, IE and Edge

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and on the latest dev 66.0.3330.0 using Ubuntu 14.04, windows 10 and Mac 10.13.1. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

At certain zoom levels the image is snapped to a size that is one pixel taller than the text resulting in the following image not clearing it. Using clear: left or explicitly setting the same height should prevent this from happening.
