Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Pick and inspect an image from a website on a separate tab (Example - https://limango-res.cloudinary.com/t_generic-original/v1/media/outlet/streams/de/5590669afe8fa30088ae822707909cc9.jpg 2. View the file size in the developer tool under the size tab. 3. Refresh the view with cmd+shft+R 4. View the file size again. If it does not change to a different value try again and again. What is the expected behavior? File size should present a true value repeatedly without changing. What went wrong? Something in the devtool does not show the right size and every time you refresh the value changes. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.2 Flash Version: BTW, content-length does NOT change. If you download all the "Different sized" images, they will be the exact file and at the exact size.
