web page stays idle

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load a page with links
2. the mouse doesn't change when passing on a link
3. press on a link

What is the expected behavior?
open a proper page

What went wrong?
 opens a page with unexpected content: commercial sites, a list of errors etc..
after the old page comes active and the links work properly

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Thanks for filing the issue!

@Reporter: We tried checking a sample Wikipedia page which has links, then clicked on them, we are able to navigate to the clicked links. Could you please share a sample URL which is causing the issue, It would be highly helpful if detailed/elaborated on point no.2 of comment#0. Any further inputs from your end may help us to triage the issue in a better way.
