What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >>Go to Sign into your Chromebook overlay
(2)Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to get powerwash overlay
(3)Again press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R to get Powerwash and Revert overlay>> now click Cancel button in that over lay and Observe(kindly refer video)

Actual: Traces of Powerwash overlay buttons are seen after clicking Cancel button in Powerwash and Revert overlay
Expected: No such traces should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62 

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
