Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to the passwords settings chrome://settings/passwords
2. display all the password by inputing your windows pin
3. have more than 2 sites passwords saved
4. delete one of the password saved from a site

What is the expected behavior?
the line is deleted on the tab of password, and the following line is updated

What went wrong?
it was like this : 
Site A password A
site B paswword B
site C password C
site D password D

i deleted the save password on site B, then the tab displayed it like this : 

Site A password A
site C password B
site D password C

in short, the password displayed in clear is never updated and is in the wrong row after deleting one entry
