[DevTools] Weird extra space is seen on 'Learn more' tool-tip under 'Sources' section.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3330.0 (Official Build)44fe59c8dd90d446da8eceda0cb28a5117311be1-refs/heads/master@{#531403} 32/64-bit.
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Freshly launch chrome, open DevTools and go to 'Sources' section.
2. Hover the mouse pointer on 'Learn more' link to appear tooltip and observe.

Unwanted extra space is seen in tool-tip at right side.
No such extra space should be seen on tool-tip.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-66 series as 'Learn more' link is introduced from build # 66.0.3330.0 on 'Quick source' page.

Thanks for the report, this is a good case to consider.  In the past, a change [1] was made to intentionally break on word boundaries when there are no spaces, so this is intended behavior.  Marking as WontFix.
