[DevTools] 'Learn more' link is not seen properly under 'Quick source' section.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3330.0 (Official Build)44fe59c8dd90d446da8eceda0cb28a5117311be1-refs/heads/master@{#531403} 32/64-bit.
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.3) and Linux(14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Freshly launch chrome, open DevTools and press 'Esc' key to open 'Console' drawer.
2. Click on three dot icon to open menu list and select 'Quick source' option.
3. Observe.

'Learn more' link is seems to be chopped.
'Learn more' link should seen properly.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-66 series as 'Learn more' link is introduces from build # 66.0.3330.0 on 'Quick source' page.

As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Thanks for the report.  Currently this is not a priority, and users can still resize the drawer to see the full link text.
