Steps to reproduce:

(1) Launch chrome and navigate to above URL.

(2) Using touch Tap on text box and observe.

Actual Result: Virtual keyboard does not appear on textbox on tapping on textbox using touch.

Expected Result: Virtual keyboard should appear on textbox on tapping on textbox using touch.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-61’ and using per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:61.0.3156.0(Revision:486206)
 
Bad Build:61.0.3158.0(Revision:486952)

You are probably looking for a change made after 486457 (known good), but no later than 486458 (first known bad).
