What steps will reproduce the problem?
Go to whatever page in one of my Chrome profile it renders entirely white/empty page. Other profiles are fine. It's reproducible across devices. I observed the same issue on a MacBookPro and a MacPro with the same profile.
Oddly, the initial loading of a page (When I launch Chrome) shows properly. But any other pages loaded after that see the issue.
