Bugdroid doesn't seem to pickup changes to infra/config branch on chromium/src

Example CL is https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/877406

Corresponding bug 790061 didn't get updated it seems.

Adding some people who might know where this should get triaged.

That's because bugdroid has to be configured to watch specific branches: https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/infradata/config/+/master/configs/bugdroid/bugdroid_config.cfg#212

You can send a CL to fix it yourself if you like :)
