extension context menu is not positioned well when using multiple monitors

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.windows 10, multiple monitors(layout as 2 2560 x 1440 and 1 2736 x 1824)
 == =====
|2.|  3. |
 ==  ====
   |  1. |
     ====

2. when i open chrome in monitor 3, click the extenison icon, context menu will be popped
3. however, the position of the context is not positioned well 

What is the expected behavior?

haoran.chen.tum@ Thanks for the issue.

As the setup for connecting 3 monitors is not available at TE end to test this issue, adding the label TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV and requesting someone from MTV team to please look into this issue and help in further triaging.
