[Master Restart] for chromium.fyi and chromium.linux

http://crrev.com/c/881944 moved the Ozone Linux builder from chromium.fyi to chromium.linux, requiring a restart of masters for both.

The bug associated with the change is  http://crbug.com/694033 .

I ran 'cit restart chromium.fyi chromium.linux'
and it produced CL https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/#/c/infradata/master-manager/+/553193
and said that these will restart in 13 minutes.
