[iOS] Voice Search: Create new animation for dismissals after successful voice searches on horizontally compact environments. |

Issue descriptionThe old implementation simply animated the voice input's white background down to the final frame of the voice search bar's background, then removed the view to show the voice search bar. It's unclear what this animation will entail in the new UI because there are buttons in addition to voice search on the bottom toolbar.

+ Mark: Which designer should I cc on this bug? This seems like an area that will require some iteration in design, so it'd be best to start that conversation early. For now, I'll just fade in the other buttons?

+ Khalil and Alex: Not sure if this animation has gotten any attention yet, but I'm not sure how we want the animation to look for the new adaptive toolbar. Could you provide some input here? Thanks!

This animation will not be necessary, as we aren't animating to the bottom toolbar anymore. The voice input UI will be dismissed using the radial animation.
