Desktop PWA opening as tab, not window

OS Version: chromeOS 10176.54.0
URLs (if applicable) : inbox.google.com

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use PWA Anything to inject manifest to inbox.google.com
(2) Close Inbox tab
(3) Click Inbox icon in shelf

What is the expected result?
Inbox opens in window

What happens instead?
Inbox opens in a new tab, unless you right click on shelf icon and select "open in window"

Thanks for the report! Just to confirm, once you added the icon to your shelf, did you right click it and checked "Open as window"?

Yeah, reading through the dogfood guide again I missed the first time that checking "open as window" was required for PWA Anything'ed sites - I expected it to launch as a window automatically. I think this is WAI.
