Issue description
Run ChromeOS Chrome with --mus on device (as of) refs/heads/master@{#530869}
* Activate the app list with the mouse
* Move the mouse off the app-list button
* Watch the app-list hide as soon as mouse motion leaves the bounding rectangle of the app-list summoning button
to sky@ for triage
