The problem occurs when multiple sites visit

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.go on the website 
2.see that the site does not work

3.leave 

What is the expected behavior?

the site gives an error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

What went wrong?
I do not know

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? No

Thanks for reporting the bug. Does this only happen on some websites? Have you tried
the suggested steps to address the issue in Windows?
