Reported by martin.l...@gmail.com, Jan 23 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create request object (in JS), with method POST and some body
2. Clone this object with .clone() method
3. Open Developer Tools > Network
4. Fetch either original or cloned request
5. Check corresponded lines in Network tab.

What is the expected behavior?
Request appears on Network tab. It is possible to see request and response headers and body.

What went wrong?
It is impossible to see Request body in Network tab.

Did this work before? N/A
