Regression:Google play store windows get closed after launching

Chrome Version:65.0.3325.9/10323.1.0 dev channel Reks,Paine
OS:Chrome OS ARC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Open Play store -> 'Google Play Terms of Service' window is seen -> click on 'Agree' button
(2)Proceed to Google Play main window and Observe(kindly refer video)

Actual: Google Playstore window get closed after launching
Expected:It shouldn't get closed

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.140/10032.86.0 Stable channel Reks

Note: Issue is also seen in latest M-64 beta and M-66

Well, this is WAI :(. Play Store gets updated and this closes previous old instance.

Sending to Elijah to triage. We discussed several ideas, including automatically restarting apps that were updated.

Note, you might not see Play Store gets closed in some version because when and what to update is controlled by server.

yes this is sadly WAI.  We have an internal feature request to improve this experience, but I'm closing this because it is not a short term item and hard to keep duplicate tracking updated
