Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Load a page with a cacheable iframe (the source of the iframe allows for browser caching with cache-control, for example)
2. Go to the Network tab of Dev Tools
3. Instead of seeing "(from disk cache)" as it happens with other resources (images, scripts, etc.), the iframe source request does not show it has been loaded from the cache.

What is the expected behavior?
The cached iframe sources should display "(from disk cache)".

What went wrong?
When an iframe source is being cached it does not display "(from disk cache)", as it happens with other requests.
