When the width of a bookmarks folder is updated after deleting a link the position of the sub folders isn't updated

Reported by skil...@gmail.com, Jan 23 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a new bookmarks folder in the toolbar (parent)
2. create a new folder inside that folder (test)
3. add a bookmark for example.com to the folder
4. open the parent folder by clicking on it
5. hover over the test folder, empty sub folder appears (see step1.png)
6. move the mouse to the example.com bookmark and delete it with the context menu option delete (the parent folder should stay open, the width of the folder shrinks)
7. hover over the test folder again

What is the expected behavior?
the empty sub folder is displayed right next to the parent folder

What went wrong?
the position of the sub folder hasn't been updated and the sub folder is displayed too much to the right (see step2.png)

Did this work before? N/A
