Chrome crash on doing a right click on any file in open explorer window

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Version 63.0.3239.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS/FAIL (Version)
    Firefox: OK (52.5.3)
       Edge: PASS/FAIL (Version)

Crash report captured on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 1:25:50 PM was not uploaded


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to any site where you have options to upload file.(https://uploadfiles.io/)
(2)Choose click to upload option
(3)Explorer file open window will come up
(4)Try to right click any file that appears in this window.


What is the expected result?
Right click menu should be accessible

What happens instead?
Chrome crashes


 
Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and latest canary 66.0.3329.0 using Windwos-10 with the below mentioned steps.
1) Launched Chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://uploadfiles.io/
2) Clicked on "click to upload", open window will comesup
3) Right clicked on file in open window, right click menu get accessed

@Reporter:
Could you please check the screen cast and let us know if we have missed any steps while reproducig the issue. could you please try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists.
