Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome in portrait mode.
2. Goto “https://madmath.github.io/samples/paymentrequest/credit-cards/‘
3. Tap on Buy.
4. Tap on Add Card > Tap on Expiration Date.
5. Change the device orientation to landscape mode

Observed results:
Arrows and close button are not displayed in landscape mode.

Expected results:
Arrow and close buttons should be displayed in landscape mode.
