Precondition:
1. Sign into chrome with an account which has credit cards data saved.
2. Enable voice over from device settings.

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome canary.
  2.  Open URL : https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
  3.  Tap in New credit card field in under “Credit Card autofill”’
  4.  Tap on the credit card displayed on keyboard.
  5.  Scroll the cursor to (?) in confirm card screen.

Observed results:
Notice that button is read on tappin on (?).

Expected results:
Any related info such as “Help button” should be read in voice over mode.
