What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Sign-out from Uber Tray 
(2)In Sign-out screen at Uber Tray select 'Network' option -> click on 'Network settings' icon 
->'Network settings' window is seen
(3)Now click on 'DISCONNECT' -> click on 'CONNECT' and observe 'Undefined' is seen at  'IPv6 address' under 'Configure IP address automatically' option instead of 'Loading...' or no value should be seen

Note:
1.After few seconds 'IPv6 address' details is seen 
2.In chrome://settings -> click on connected Wi-Fi network -> Now click on 'DISCONNECT and on 'CONNECT' -> observe 'Loading...' is seen  'IPv6 address'   under 'Configure IP address automatically' option  and after few seconds  'IPv6 address' details is seen

3.Issue is seen on latest M-66 also
4.Issue is working fine in M-63 Stable and M-64 Beta

Expected: 'IPv6 address' details should be seen after reconnecting to network 
i.e. after immediately connecting to network 'Loading...' should be seen or No value or 'IPv6 address' details should be seen directly
Actual: Instead 'Undefined' is seen at 'IPv6 address' details
 
This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-64 Beta i.e. no'Undefined' value is seen at 'IPv6 address' details
