Minimize tool tip not disabling

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Protractor script with chrome browser
2. After execution ,try to minimize already opened chrome tab
3. minimize tooltip is still not disabling

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
UI looks weird 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

And because of tooltip issue, minimize and expand are not view-able resulting in clicking wrongly
