Teleported windows profile avatar icon shows on top of the back button for Web apps

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable --ash-enable-v1-app-back-button.
(2) Sign in with 2 profiles in multi user profile mode.
(3) Install Google Play Music from the Webstore.
(4) Open it as a window.
(5) Right-Click the window caption and click "Move window to ..." to teleport it to the other user.
(6) Observe that the teleported avatar icon overwrites the back button.
