Re-add network_nightly and network_ui suites back to suite scheduler

Somewhere during suite schedule cleanup and migration the network_nightly and network_ui suites got dropped which resulted in the following tests not running anymore...

This is a tracking bug to re-add these suites.

Re-add network_nightly and network_ui suites

At some point during suite scheduler cleanup / migration the
network_nightly and network_ui suites got dropped resulting in bunch of
network tests not runing. Re-adding these suites so tests can start
