Shared bookmark(s) or Folder between family/friends

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. No issue
2. New Feature
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
For each person shared to see the bookmark/folder in their bookmarks.  This especially would be a nice feature to have for families.

What went wrong?
Nothing.  New great feature.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
