Chomium force https in adress bar

Reported by jrf.sms....@gmail.com, Jan 22 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/63.0.3239.84 Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. edit /etc/hosts like 127.0.0.1 blabla.dev
2. Tape blabla.dev in adress bar
3. you get https://blabla.dev instead of blabla.dev

What is the expected behavior?
The expected behavior is that chromium should not ignore /etc/hosts.

What went wrong?
Chrome can't resolve custom local addresses

Did this work before? Yes I don't remember...

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.84 Channel: stable
OS Version: 16.04
Flash Version:

At least give us an option to disable automatic https:// in front of the address.I have already disable all options in settings. Nothing works.
