Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the browser and type in the address bar 2. Text is not visible. 3. Press enter and typed address opens. What is the expected behavior? Text should be visible while typing in the address bar. Drop Menu text is also not visible. What went wrong? I downloaded some update of Indian Rupee update by Microsoft on windows7. From then this problem started. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

deruraam@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Stable 63.0.3239.132 and Canary 66.0.3329.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and searched for something in omnibox. 2. Can observe that the suggestions are shown in the drop down list and no issues are seen. Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
