Cant move leftmost bookmark into a folder without moving it right first

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make a bookmark in bookmark bar as the leftmost bookmark in bar
2. Make a folder right next to it to the right
3. Try to drag (1) into (2), doesn't work, frusteratingly.

What is the expected behavior?
The bookmark moves into the folder. 

What went wrong?
The bookmark does not go into the folder. You must move it twice, past it, then left again. 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.2

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 63.0.3239.132 and latest canary 66.0.3329.0 using Mac 10.13.1 with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Created a bookmark
3. Created a folder right next to it
4. Tried moving the first created bookmark into the folder which is towards right
We are able to move the bookmark into the folder. Attaching the screen cast of the same.

@Reporter: Could you please check the screen cast and let us know if we have missed any steps while reproducig the issue. Any further inputs from your end may help us.

That video shows what I was expecting. Though I cannot reproduce that video. Maybe I have an extension that is messing something up. I do use Sprucemarks. I'll investigate my extensions to see if they are causing the issue, thank you.
