Crashes on drag'n'drop from "Save File Dialog"

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the tab with full-size image opened only 
2. Open tab with your fb.com account or any other website that allows to drag-drop images. 
3. If fb.com than click the "Change profile photo" button
4. Back to the first tab with image only
5. Click right mouse button on the image and then select the "Save image as..."
6. You will see the "SaveFileDialogBox". Using "SaveFileDialogBox" navigate to any image saved previously and drag'n'drop it to the Fb.com tab to the field where the image could be dropped.
7. Close "SaveFileDialog"
8. Hooray, crash comes here :)

What is the expected behavior?
1. SaveFileDialogBox closes properly 
2. Image dropped to the desired tab
3. Chrome client still working after this action

What went wrong?
Chrome client crashed in general after actions done by reproducing steps. 
(No any action could be done as well as unable to save progress in other tabs that do not depend on this bug)
In other words, chrome becomes locked.
And after a long time, sleeping chrome proposed to be closed by system

This is generally a problem due to third party shell extensions you have installed.

See https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=73243 for details on how to view your shell extensions and disable them to determine which is causing the problem.
