Cleartext passwords are incoherent with domain on Manage Passwords settings page

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Filter passwords by domain1
2. Show cleartext password (eg. hunter1)
3. Change filter to domain2
4. Cleartext stays hunter1

What is the expected behavior?
1. Filter passwords by domain1
2. Show cleartext password (eg. hunter1)
3. Change filter to domain2
4. Show cleartext password (eg. hunter2)
4. Cleartext changes to hunter2

What went wrong?
1. Cleartext password is incoherent with specified domain.
2. Cleartext passwords stay clear on filter changes - should revert to hidden.
