Regression:Overlapping of drop down with text is seen in 'Connect to a network' overlay when language is Arabic

Chrome Version:66.0.3327.0/10330.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Kip,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >>In OOBE,change the language to 'Arabic'
(2)Now go to 'Connect to a network' overlay >> click to connect any network and Observe 

Actual:Overlapping of drop down with text is seen
Expected:No such overlap should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.101/10176.54.0 beta channel Kip

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS

@alemate :Please confirm the issue

It looks like the dropdown menu arrow is on the wrong side for RTL?

This doesn't interfere with functionality, so moving to P2 for 67.

This appears to have been fixed (probably in Blink). It doesn't seem specific to the Settings UI.
