Note: This issut does not repro in the 0°/ 180° screen

It's WAI for the floating keyboard option to disappear with limited screen width (<1200 pixels). But in the second case, the keyboard needs to switch to full-width mode automatically, instead of staying in floating mode.

The screen width requirement is not found in design. Relaxed the restriction and allow switching floating keyboard in vertical screen.
