Check your system time overlay is ugly

Chrome Version:66.0.3327.0/10330.0.0 dev channel Daisy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build >> In OOBE screen/Ubertray,click on date option to open Check your system time and Observe the Done,'X' buttons

Actual: Broken text is seen for Done,'X' buttons
Expected: Done,'X' buttons text should be clear.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 64.0.3282.101/10176.54.0 beta channel Daisy

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows and Other Chrome OS such as Kip,Peppy,Reks.

Yeesh, this dialog doesn't look good. We should fix it more holistically than just this part. Updating bug title to track fixing this dialog generally.
