Fonts look weird in latest canary |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 65.0.3325.0 (Official Build) canary (32-bit) OS: Android 8.1.0; Pixel XL Build/OPM1.171019.011 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) visit BBC.com/news (2) click "most read" at rop right (3) What is the expected result? Fonts look fine What happens instead? Fonts look weird see screenshot Please use labels and text to provide additional information. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched the Chrome 2. Navigated BBC.com/news 3. Click "most read" at rop right 4. Observed Weird font Chrome versions tested: 66.0.3328.0 OS: Android 8.1.0 Android Devices: Pixel XL Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 65.0.3323.0 Bad build: 65.0.3324.0 You are looking for a change made after 529610(GOOD), but before 529611(BAD).
