Printing no longer remembers custom margins

Reported by wpur...@gmail.com, Jan 21 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Print something. Change the page margins to 1" or anything else.
2. Print something else. Observe that the custom margins are gone; all margins have reset to 0.39".
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Custom margins should be remembered and used as the default. That's the way Chrome has always worked before and the way it should work.

What went wrong?
Custom margins are gone; all margins have reset to 0.39".

Did this work before? Yes 62?

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Canary 66.0.3328.0 and Stable 63.0.3239.132 and unable to reproduce this issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to a page and hit on Ctrl + P to open print preview page.
2. Clicked on Margins and selected Customised and changed the margins on the page.
3. Opened a new tab and hit Ctrl + P and the same margins set on the previous page are observed on this page.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to please retry the issue on a new Chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

Thanks..

Custom margins not being sticky in 63 is a known issue and was fixed in 64. Merging into the tracking bug.
