Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start the PC from shut-down 2. Wait 3. Desktop shows up and so does the chrome window What is the expected behavior? Not this. What went wrong? Chrome opens on its own at startup. It doesn't show up as a startup program in task-manager nor in regedit. It also opens the last page I access, regardless of the settings in the menu being set to opening on Google. Did this work before? Yes Not sure of that. Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.137

Reporter, download Microsoft SysInternals Autoruns and find Chrome there. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns

Nevermind, the issue actually was that since the last update, Windows would always go to sleep instead of shuting down. Realized this when other programs were also still opened.
