Not able to scroll in Bookmarks manager

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3322.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. bookmark a lot of pages and put that in some folder "Foo" (*) 2. open the bookmarks manager 3. go to the folder "Foo" (*) with window.outerHeight = 1257 I need 28 bookmarks What is the expected behavior? I should be able to scroll down (on the right, the tree on the left can be scrolled) to see all bookmarks What went wrong? 2 bookmarks are unreachable, one is almost visible (see screenshot) Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3322.3 Channel: dev OS Version: Ubuntu 17.10 / Gnome shell Flash Version: I've seen https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=713808 but I don't think it's the same issue

I forgot something... This bug made useless the functions of the Lastpass Password Manager's toolbar icon. And My OS is Windows 7 64 bit.

regis.caspar@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Ubuntu 17.10, Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the latest Chrome builds by following the steps mentioned in the original comment. Able to reproduce this issue on the reported Dev version 65.0.3322.3, but the issue seems to fixed on the latest Stable 63.0.3239.132, Beta 64.0.3282.99 and Canary 66.0.3328.0. Tested this issue on latest Dev branch build 65.0.3325.11 and unable to reproduce this issue. Can confirm that the fix is merged to M-65 branch. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to please wait for next M-65 dev release which will fix this issue. Thanks..
