Issue description
Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) : about:plugins
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: Fail 10.12.6
Firefox: Fail 60.0
Edge: Fail 43.0
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) I went to chrome:plugins URL webpage
(2) It said that Google Chrome cannot access this page or access has been denied by default from Server and port.
(3) I refreshed the page and it did the same thing all over again and again.
What is the expected result? I expected Google Chrome to access the webpage URL and have Adobe Flash Player version 28.0.0.137 Plugin Enabled and Widevine Encrypted / Decrypted Contents enabled too.
What happens instead? Google Chrome automatically detects, denies and disables the request for this URL webpage, and on https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/about .
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Flash Player Version I'm using right now is 27.0.0.170.
Javascript V8 Version I'm using right now is +6.1.534.43
Flash Player auto-detects and blocks downloads and updates to itself, I have been dealing with this for almost 2 - 2 1/2 Months now.
I'm using GPU-Acceleration with Composited Rendering and WebGL2.0 & WebGL 1.0 with Experimental 2D Canvas enabled right now, but Google Chrome OS says I don't support it for some reason, which I already know I do actually support this.
Nacl Plugins are not working right now in Google Chrome OS, but I have them enabled right now in about:flags.
