but when i click on the developer tools (f12) and then refresh it bypasses the warning

Tested this issue with below steps on reported version 63.0.3239.132 using windows 10 and unable to reproduce this issue. 1. Launched chrome and opened devtools console. Pasted window.onbeforeunload = function() { return ""; }; in dev console. 2. Now selected outer page and reloaded page -- observed warning showing whether to reload or not 3. Now clicked inside console and reloaded page -- even now observed popup. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
