Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Just opened Chrome and it started happening, have no clue on when or how it exactly started. What is the expected behavior? Extensions should have more margin than what they do from the right causing them to not overlap predefined buttons. What went wrong? Any chrome extension that is not hidden will underlay the settings button for chrome sometimes having inderlaps when click causing you to click on the extension icon rather than settings. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 63.0.3239.132 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.4 Flash Version:

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 63.0.3239.132 using Mac 10.12.6 by adding 3-4 extensions like honey, google keep etc.. No overlapping of extension on 3-dot menu is seen. Hided one extension under chrome menu and ecen now didn't observe any overlap. clicking on extension icon opens extension menu and clicking on 3 dot menu opens customise and control chrome menu. Attaching screenshot for reference. @Reporter: Could you please check the issue by restarting chrome? Also please check the issue on fresh profile by newly adding some extensions. Please let us know the behaviour. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!

Restarting chrome had no change in the issue but after a recent restart it sees to have been fixed. Not sure what exactly was causing it but if the issues occurs again I'll be sure to inform of it and any possibly ways on reproducing it.
