Thanks Sandeep Kumar,I shall try to update the Chrome first. Actually believe this is from certain cellular carriers whom do not want to pay up for the modern text format that started up in about 1996. T-9word and other word mining common text applications. Fact is the carriers either re-invested back into technology per My request and started some 501c foundations to help with some other people's issues of safety and to guarantee some type of reliable mode of communication in areas where signals where not and still to this are not getting very good signals.
