What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Begin selecting text by dragging the mouse.
2. While the mouse button is down, move the mouse outside the window.
3. While the mouse button is down, move the mouse back into the window.
What is the expected result?
Selection is updated continuously as the mouse moves, even after step 3.
What happens instead of that?
Mouse movements after step 2 do not update the selection.
I think this worked on Ubuntu 14 (Trusty), but is broken on gLinux Rodete (Debian Testing distro). The desktop environment is Cinnamon 3.4.6.
