TestExpectations: explicit expectations now that wptserve is default

A handful of TestExpectations entries noted in  crbug.com/508734  tracked
test behavior changes back when --enable-wptserve was a thing. Now it's
the default for imported tests, so rebaseline and/or update expectations
with specific tracking bugs.

It seems history.go(-N) doesn't work and the test accesses cross-origin window.name unexpectedly.
